The 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material Flame Resistant Transfer Film 9740 is designed for use on safety garments, athletic wear and casual wear. When properly used, reflective material helps enhance wearer visibility at night time or in low light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by reflecting the incident light and focusing it back towards the original source.
